This wonderful quilt pattern was featured on Alex Anderson's Simply Quilts. This great scrap-look quilt is just wonderful. You'll make a variety of "mini blocks" and use them as the block centers in a variation of a log cabin layout. The quilt is framed by a great pieced border. To complete the project you'll need 20 Medium to Dark prints selected from 3 or 4 color families plus 1 Light Background print. You'll want to select prints of a small to medium scale. We recommend using 1-1/2" half-square Triangle Paper or Triangles on a Roll. Recommended notions: 1-1/2" half-square triangle paper.
