This great quilt originated in our Winter 2001 Mystery Weekend class, and it was a big successóparticipants loved making it! You'll have fun making the scrappy Nine Patch and Shoo Fly Variation blocks. The quilt requires16 dark prints in 3 or 4 color families plus a single background print. You want to keep the darks fairly close in value and select a background that has some interest. For easy construction, we recommend using 2" half-square triangle paper. Recommended notions: 2" half-square triangle paper.
